Kind of a big deal.

We walked down to the coffee shop today. Normally, not a big deal. It's only five blocks away. But since we took Hugo along, it was massive. It was an outing. Hugo's first trip to the coffee shop, and our first trip as stroller-pushing parents. That's a big deal.

All the little things are kind of a big deal now. On Thursday night, we gave Hugo his first bath. (He had a couple at the hospital, but this was our first as a family.) In and of itself, probably not a big deal. But around here, it was huge. Probably the banner event of the week - water, soap, kitchen sinks and nakedness.

Since the little things are big now, we record them. There will be other baths, we know. And we probably won't record those ones. But this one was kind of a big deal.
