Happy Easter

Like many occasions in 2010 so far, Easter sort of snuck up on the Senns of San Francisco. There was no egg hunt planned, no Easter baskets hidden and no brunch plans made.

In part, we realize it's not as much fun to have Easter festivities without our families. Egg hunts with the cousins would be a thousand times more exciting than Marty hiding little plastic eggs filled with jelly beans for me to find in our 900 square foot apartment. An Easter basket for Hugo this year would probably include only a burp cloth and fresh diaper (I'd include a bottle too, but we all know that would just make him mad). And brunch just isn't the same without Grandma and our family's generations gathered for a mimosa and french toast.

So we sit here over on the West Coast thinking of you all this Easter morning and wishing you the happiest of egg hunts, brunches and springtime fun.

Sending our love,
Kim, Marty and Hugo
