Whoa, where have we been?

Here's the thing, keeping up a blog is hard work! Not that we're afraid of hard work, but we do quite a lot of it already and we've been slacking off a bit with updating this blog with photos and stories about what FUN stuff we've been up to lately.

So here's what's coming up in blog posts, and it goes aaaaaaaaalll the way back to May.

1. We went to Hawaii. It was magical and our little boy made the most spectacular hula dancer. We have video proof.
2. We found out we are having another little BOY!!
3. We had lots of random fun around the Bay Area - played in the Russian River, celebrated Fourth of July at a very windy yet fun parade and party, went to Hugo's first Giants baseball game, and all sorts of other exciting things.
4. Hugo transitioned to a BIG BOY BED! And... using a BIG BOY POTTY.
5. Hugo joined a summer soccer class (that we hope to continue through the fall even as he begins preschool).
6. Grandma came to visit (woohoo!).
7. We took a family trip to New York City and Hugo LOVED it.
8. We're about to embark on a 2-week adventure in the Midwest and we can't wait to see our family and friends while we're there.

So I have photos, videos and stories about all these things and plan to take some time as its available to update the blog to get us up to date. We love having this record of all of the great memories we're making as a family and feel sad when months go by without sharing the goodness of life.
