Somehow, when you enter the world of babies, it seems that everyone around you seems to have bumps or babies of their own. It's like a funny little club that you don't know exists until you join it.
On Saturday, we had a baby shower for our friends the Bradys. No, it wasn't a co-ed shower, which we've also been a part of, but a group of ladies at a lovely home eating snacks and a group of their husbands/boyfriends on a pub crawl across town. When the fourth pregnant girl arrived at the baby shower, our hostess took one long look around the room and said "I think I may have overestimated the amount of wine we needed for this party!"
