One of the moms in my Winter Moms group owns a local pizza joint, and she and her husband hosted 50 families with new babies on Saturday afternoon. Hugo enjoyed hanging with all of his little buddies, and Mom & Dad got to spend some time with other new parents - building on our belief that Hugo is the most handsome of all the babies, while trading off cuddling him and showing off his charming smile.
Earlier in the week, the weather was absolutely perfect, so naturally, a trip to the park was in order. After a long walk/run with Hugo in the Bob stroller (with carseat adapter since he's still too little for the full stroller) we pulled over next to a pond, threw down a blanket and rested in the shade for a while.
Hopefully the weather stays warm and sunny like it has been. Being able to get out of the house for some much-needed exercise and fresh air leaves us both (me especially) feeling so refreshed and energized, despite our meager amount of sleep.
