When we got to La Crosse, the Schultz Family Picnic was well underway. This year, Mom & Dad Schultz decided to host the picnic in their amazing backyard and it was a huge success!
The three generations of Schultz men were all together, just relaxing in the sun and we got to spend a ton of time with our cutie pie nephew Jason. And Marty got to practice his chalk drawing skills with the little man.
Then, off we went, back to Minneapolis for a BBQ at Greg & Patty's house. We finally got to meet Molly, who is an impossibly social baby. Then Sam tried to eat her head, which she either didn't notice or didn't mind.
One big reason for timing our trip the way we did was to go to Meghan and Patrick's wedding. It was an amazing day in Minneapolis and their ceremony and reception were held at Providence Academy, a beautiful school in the west suburbs.
Another perfectly successful trip back to the Heartland. xo
